Wynne, Goux & Lobello
About the Firm
Founded in 2003, Wynne, Goux & Lobello is a full-service law firm based in Covington, Louisiana. The partners’ vision has been to grow and develop a firm which tirelessly strives to earn the respect of its clients, the judicial system, as well as its peers. Transitioning from their positions as assistant district attorneys within the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney’s office, the partners have developed a thriving legal practice which covers business consulting and acquisitions, commercial litigation, construction litigation, criminal defense, divorce/family litigation, regulatory and defense-based healthcare law, insurance coverage issues, land planning and development, personal injury, estate planning, and successions.
Vincent F. Wynne, Jr. was born in New Orleans on October 28, 1971. He attended Mandeville High School and then Louisiana State University where he received his undergraduate degree. He attended Loyola School of Law and upon graduation from Loyola School of Law accepted a position with the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted various criminal charges for eight years. He was also the Prosecutor for the City of Covington for four years. During this time he started the Wynne Law Firm, L.L.C. and devoted part of his time to civil litigation. After leaving the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney’s Office, he merged his firm to create Wynne, Goux & Lobello, Attorneys at Law, L.L.C. where he represents various clients all over the State of Louisiana.
With nearly 16 years of law experience, Jeremy holds a law degree from Loyola School of Law. He previously held positions with St. Tammany Parish District Attorney’s Office and most recently was appointed as Magistrate for the City of Covington, presiding over the Covington Mayor’s Court.

Jeremy has represented long term care facilities and other health care providers in many general litigation and practice circumstances, including sales and leases, as well as in the collection of insurance proceeds for damages sustained during Hurricane Katrina.
Since early 2010, Jeremy has been a member of the Legal Committee and Emergency Preparedness Committee for the American Health Care Association.
