VINCENT F. WYNNE, JR.
Vincent F. Wynne, Jr. was born in New Orleans on October 28, 1971. He attended Mandeville High School and then Louisiana State University where he received his undergraduate degree. He attended Loyola School of Law and upon graduation from Loyola School of Law accepted a position with the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted various criminal charges for eight years.
He was also the Prosecutor for the City of Covington for four years. During this time he started the Wynne Law Firm, L.L.C. and devoted part of his time to civil litigation. After leaving the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney’s Office, he merged his firm to create Wynne, Goux & Lobello, Attorneys at Law, L.L.C. where he represents various clients all over the State of Louisiana.

JEREMY D. GOUX
With nearly 16 years of law experience, Jeremy holds a law degree from Loyola School of Law. He previously held positions with St. Tammany Parish District Attorney’s Office and most recently was appointed as Magistrate for the City of Covington, presiding over the Covington Mayor’s Court.
Notably, he was intensely involved in the defense of St. Rita’s Nursing Home, following Hurricane Katrina. Jeremy has represented long term care facilities and other health care providers in many general litigation and practice circumstances, including sales and leases, as well as in the collection of insurance proceeds for damages sustained during Hurricane Katrina.
Since early 2010, Jeremy has been a member of the Legal Committee and Emergency Preparedness Committee for the American Health Care Association.He was also the Prosecutor for the City of Covington for four years. During this time he started the Wynne Law Firm, L.L.C. and devoted part of his time to civil litigation. Our Associates
R. Gary Higgins, Jr.
Mr. Higgins is a Northshore local, having graduated from Covington High School. After pursuing an undergraduate degree in English and History, Mr. Higgins attended law school at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While in law school, Mr. Higgins was the recipient of numerous C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Awards. Mr. Higgins also served as teaching assistant and as a senior editor for the Law Review. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 2014, having graduated magna cum laude, Mr. Higgins worked as an associate attorney for a personal injury firm focusing on Maritime and Jones Act cases in federal court. Mr. Higgins also has extensive experience as a title attorney, having closed hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions. In 2016, Mr. Higgins joined Wynne, Goux & Lobello, L.L.C. as an associate attorney.

Ann Craighead
Ann Craighead was born in New Orleans and attended Louise S. McGehee School in New Orleans and Blair Academy in New Jersey. Following high school, she attended the University of Michigan but returned to New Orleans to attend nursing school which she completed in 1979. She became a licensed registered nurse and worked primarily in ICU in Houston, Texas, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and New Orleans, Louisiana. She returned to New Orleans in 1986 and returned to college and received her bachelor of arts degree, and then attended Tulane Law School, graduating in 1991. She has primarily practiced in healthcare handling both plaintiff and defense claims in the area of medical malpractice and health law. In the last 7 years, she has focused her practice on nursing home litigation.

James C. Arceneaux, IV
Mr. Arceneaux was born in New Orleans on May 13, 1975. After graduating from Newman High School in 1993, he obtained his undergraduate degree at Millsaps College in 1997, where he graduated with honors. He obtained his law degree from LSU Law School in 2000, and was named to the Wex S. Malone American Inn of Court. He began practicing at a local firm in Covington, where he litigated workers’ compensation claims state wide for over three years. He then accepted a job at Hanover Insurance Group on the south shore, where he litigated insurance defense cases, personal and commercial, property and casualty, across south Louisiana for over five years. He then accepted a job at Wynne, Goux & Lobello, where he has practiced since 2009. His practice at Wynne, Goux & Lobello has expanded to include business litigation claims, contract claims, medical malpractice claims, debt collections, and plaintiff personal injury claims.

Shannon K. Lowry
Mrs. Lowry joined Wynne, Goux & Lobello as an Associate in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, she gained significant litigation experience in various areas of law with other New Orleans area firms. Since beginning the practice of law, she has been involved in all stages of lawsuits, including fact gathering, planning strategy, legal research, drafting of pleadings, exceptions, discovery, motions and memoranda; taking depositions; attending court to argue exceptions and motions; and trial preparation and assistance. In addition, she has extensive experience in appellate work, including drafting numerous supervisory writ applications and appellate briefs on complex issues with several appellate victories.

Katie Wynne
Secretary / Paralegal
Katie was born and raised in Covington, Louisiana. She attended Covington High School graduating in 2000. She went on to attend Louisiana State University. After college she returned to her hometown of Covington and began working at Wynne, Goux & Lobello in 2005. Katie and her husband currently reside on their farm in Waldheim.

Danielle Folks
Secretary / Paralegal
Danielle was born in LaPlace, Louisiana and currently resides in Covington with her family. She attended Southeastern Louisiana University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Danielle worked as a Felony Secretary for the St. Tammany Parish District Attorney’s Office for 8 years, before joining Wynne, Goux & Lobello in 2007 as a legal assistant.

Brandy Berry
Secretary / Paralegal
Brandy was raised in Bush, Louisiana in the Union Grove community. She attended Covington High School graduating in 1998 and went on to earn a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University. Brandy has over 15 years experience working as a legal assistant and has been with the firm Wynne, Goux & Lobello since 2018. Brandy currently resides in Franklinton, Louisiana with her husband and two children.

Darling Aubert-Williams
Criminal Secretary / Bookkeeper
Darling was born and raised in Madisonville, Louisiana. She is a graduate of Covington High School , Class of 1988. Darling has been with the firm for eight years, where she holds the position of legal secretary, specializing in criminal law as well as bookkeeper. She and her husband reside in Lacombe, LA.

Hilary S. Dunham
Secretary / Paralegal
Hilary was raised in Mandeville, Louisiana. Hilary attended Mandeville High School graduating in 2007. She attended Louisiana State University earning her Bachelors of Science. Hilary currently resides in Mandeville, Louisiana with her husband.

Alecia Johnson
Receptionist
Alecia Johnson is originally from New Jersey. Her father was in the military and her family traveled extensively, eventually landing them in Louisiana. She is a 1998 graduate of Covington High School. Alecia and her husband currently reside in Abita Springs, LA.
